About Parramatta River Regional Park

Walking Tracks at Parramatta River Regional Park

Parramatta River Regional Park has walking tracks along the Bedlam Bay foreshore that are part of the Ryde River Walk, a 275 km network of tracks along Sydney's waterways. Hunters Hill Council manages the walking tracks and the bushland they pass through. The park has paths across it as well as the walking tracks, and the tracks link with the wider Ryde River Walk, so walkers can continue along the river beyond the park boundary.

Community Garden and Bushcare at Parramatta River Regional Park

Parramatta River Regional Park is home to the Happy Hens Community Garden, which gives the park an active community use alongside its bushland. Bedlam Bay Bushcare also works in the park, and its volunteers care for the bushland with Hunters Hill Council. Community bushcare volunteers are active in the park, so the bushland is maintained by regular local groups.
