Livvi's Place Inclusive Playground at Yamble Reserve
Livvi's Place is an all-inclusive playground at Yamble Reserve, built in partnership between the City of Ryde and the Touched by Olivia Foundation. It combines traditional play equipment with purpose-built play and landscape elements. Themed play zones at Livvi's Place are designed to stimulate, calm and provide sensory interest for children with physical, intellectual and emotional disabilities. The playground opened on 3 February 2013 and has swings among its play equipment.
Picnic Areas and BBQ at Yamble Reserve
Yamble Reserve has picnic shelters that overlook its lawns, which suit a casual game of ball while the barbecue heats up. The reserve has a BBQ beside the shelters, and a gazebo is available for hire. Formally planted garden beds and deciduous trees give the reserve autumn colour. Walking paths and a cycle way run through the grounds.
