Amaroo Street Reserve has a new playspace with slides and climbing equipment. Balance beams sit alongside a three-bay swing set, so children can move between climbing, balancing and swinging within one area. Musical and sensory play panels form part of the same playspace, giving children hands-on elements to explore. The design of the playspace was shaped by community feedback gathered during consultation held from 22 August to 8 September 2024.

Picnic tables and seating are provided within the reserve, so visitors can eat and rest close to the play equipment.
