About Reid Park
Off-Leash Dog Area at Reid Park
Reid Park has an off-leash dog area that runs every day except Saturdays from 1 October to 30 March, between 8:30am and 5:30pm. The off-leash area is not fenced, and the park has plenty of open grass for dogs to run on. Two creeks run through the park, and the road at its far end is a dead end with little traffic. Reid Park sits at the head of Mosman Bay, so its grassy valley suits longer dog walks.
Playground at Reid Park
The playground at Reid Park was upgraded in April 2025 and first used in the first weekend of that month. The new playspace has an interactive nature play area and inclusive play equipment alongside other play pieces, with rubber soft-fall surfacing underneath. A shade sail covers the play area.
