About Henningham Playground
Playground Equipment at Henningham Playground
Henningham Playground has a play area with swings, a slide, tunnels, climbing equipment, a cubby house and a see saw. Mature trees provide the shade over the play area, so the equipment sits under tree cover rather than beneath shade sails or a pavilion. The playground is not fenced, and the site sits lower than the road, so the play equipment is open on all sides to the surrounding street.
Open Kick-About Space at Henningham Playground
Henningham Playground has an open space for kicking a ball, giving visitors an informal area for casual games. This space is an open area rather than a marked sports field, so it suits casual kick-abouts more than organised matches. The open area sits in the same grounds as the swings and climbing equipment, so ball games and play happen side by side.
