About Ismay Reserve

Outdoor Fitness Stations at Ismay Reserve

Ismay Reserve has five outdoor fitness stations installed by Proludic, suited to both fitness novices and experienced exercisers. The stations include a Street Workout station, a Suspension Arch with beam, Armrests, an Abs Bench (JPS13-S-M) and Hurdles (JPS12-S-M). Strathfield Municipal Council was the client for the equipment, which was installed in 2019 and carries an age rating of 14+ years. The stations sit beside Powells Creek, so visitors can train outdoors within the reserve.

Futsal Court and Table Tennis at Ismay Reserve

Ismay Reserve has a futsal court, a small-sided ball game played on a marked court. The reserve also has 2 outdoor table tennis tables, so visitors can play table tennis in the open air. These two sports facilities sit within the same reserve as the fitness stations and the playground, so a visit can combine ball games, table tennis and exercise in one place.

Playground with Merry-Go-Round and Sand Pit at Ismay Reserve

Ismay Reserve has a playground with a merry-go-round and a sand pit. The merry-go-round gives younger children a spinning ride, and the sand pit offers an open digging area. The play area is placed alongside the table tennis tables and the futsal court, so children can play while adults use the other facilities in the reserve.
