Solar Galaxy is a locally owned solar and battery installer based in Sydney's CBD, holding a NSW electrical licence and working on home and commercial systems across Australia. It is best known for solar panels paired with batteries and inverters, including panel designs for shaded roofs. It has no after-hours or emergency service listed, so it suits planned installs rather than urgent faults.

Services from Solar Galaxy

Solar Galaxy designs and installs residential and commercial solar systems, usually with a battery and inverter. Its website says it is locally owned and operated, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Ingleburn, and it has pages on residential, commercial and virtual power plant rebates. Customers say the sales team explains the options clearly and answers questions by email and message before the install, and that crews arrive on time and leave the site tidy. One reviewer describes panels made for a shaded roof.

Tips for booking Solar Galaxy

• ✓Ask for the install date in writing early: one customer's date slipped when a rebate changed
• ✓Ask for a concrete base for any ground-mounted panels: one customer skipped it and now regrets how it looks
• ✓If the roof is shaded, ask about panels designed for shade before you pay: one customer's shaded home was fitted this way
