Customers have had Sigenergy batteries fitted, and one had SolarEdge panels installed before adding a battery later. Installers show customers how to use the monitoring app before they leave, and one customer's backup test was reset and checked on the spot.

Tips for booking RenewCo Solar
- ✓Ask for a backup (blackout) test before the installers leave: one customer's setting was wrong and only found in that test.
