Extras
Dogs are groomed in the salon on Kensington Street, with breed-specific styling and hand scissoring rather than stripping. Cats have their own quiet session, with slow, patient handling from check-in to checkout. Puppies have a slower first visit, with clippers and dryers introduced gently. Anxious and sensitive pets can have a slower pace and breaks, and owners are asked to say so when booking so the appointment can be planned around the pet.
