How we picked blocked drain plumbers in Point Piper

Businesses are ordered by how customers score them, weighted toward those with more customers behind the score, so a business with many customers counts for more than one with a few. Where scores are close, the business's stated after-hours work, a published licence and a base in the suburb decide it. Each business's own text about blocked drains, including the tools it uses, settles the order between otherwise similar picks.
